City of Omaha Tier II Business Certification

As of February 16 2012, Du-Rite Electric has obtained certification as a “City of Omaha Tier II Emerging Small Business”.  The City of Omaha launched this program back in January 2010 with the intention of stimulating the growth of Small and Emerging Small Businesses in the Omaha area.  This program provides preference in contracting opportunities with the City based on a company’s size and capacity.  As of early February, the City has certified approximately 194 small and emerging businesses.

Du-Rite is very excited to earn its Tier II Emerging Small Business Certification.  We look forward to assisting the City of Omaha with a variety of electrical projects and programs.  We believe we can provide excellent, yet cost effective, service to the City.
